I was initially impressed that this company was able to accommodate my move with one day's notice, and the reasonable quote that they provided. My experience went downhill from there. I was told they could move my motorcycle -- it was actually listed specifically as property to be moved -- but the truck they sent was not set up for moving the motorcycle, so it was not moved. The estimate was 5 hours based on a video walk-through of the small 2 bedroom apartment, the actual time was 8.5 hours (that is a 70% underestimate). Finally, I was told that the movers were not to move anything that was glass from the kitchen, including sealed jars of pickles and wine -- this was news to me. So, ultimately my $600 move will end up costing me over $800 and I still have to make multiple trips back to move the glass items myself. Everyone was kind and professional, but they wasted time trying to figure out the motorcycle issue before they ever started packing/moving and the estimate was not even close, but they did get most of my stuff moved, and I could not have moved it myself with my heart condition.
