I have worked with uhaul for several years but I simply wanted to call to verify my appointment today. Instead of speaking with someone at the location, I was immediately put into cue and waited for almost 30 minutes only to speak with someone from the national call center to verify my appointment time. I would give this single experience a 1 star but gave them a 3 star because past transactions have otherwise been positive
