Instead of placing a hold on my credit card for security deposit, Sofitel withdrew money which has caused me international transaction fee (not once but twice!). I have contacted the hotel with all documents showing the case a few times and someone called Khaled responds and says thanks for your feedback. Really disappointing for Sofitel.
