Trying to order products online. Previously charged 3.95 and then 5 euros for postage from Clare to Dublin. Recent order is 12 euros which seems very excessive. Trying to find out if it s an error. No response to multiple email and tried to phone with no success. Very disappointed
Update; finally sorted out and mistake rectified. Got a very swift delivery of delicious dark hazelnut chocolate spread
