We have been customers of RA Hoy since 2004 and have never been disappointed. We have an annual service agreement and our technician Robert is the best. Twice a year he shows up and does maintenance on our two systems. He always tells me exactly what he is doing and if there are any issues. I trust his judgement and value his opinions. He is a great asset to his company
