Manny was a pleasure to deal with. He was very personable and made us feel welcome. He also acknowledged every price negotiation we threw on the table and brought it to the managers for approval. Other than a few hangups in the finance office which were rightfully corrected the following day, the team at 21 century sold me a car I feel great about buying.
