Was told on multiple occasions that they did not have the necessary parts to service my car but would call as soon as they were available. After three phone calls and two months I finally had GM call them. Turns out the dealership has had the parts for over a month. They've been having their receptionist lie to me about it. Don't trust the safety of your vehicle to these dishonest liars.
