Ordered a hot tub in May, due date stated on the order 6/27/19 and never received. I continuously called LPI and constantly reached voicemail, get left on hold, and get told I d get a call back in which I never do. The only thing I ve heard (7/2/19) was that the tub has not even started production and the woman in customer service would email her supervisor and said they would get back to me (never did) and would email production. Ordered from Aqualiving in Rhode Island. Contacted the woman in the store where I ordered from and she also told me they said they will call her back (which I m also waiting for). I wouldn t suggest spending thousands of dollars on a hot tub or any product here considering the lack of customer service. Also, they put the incorrect address on the order sheet and spelled my name incorrectly as well. For a $6000 purchase I would assume at least the paperwork would be handled with care.....
