I was involved in a road traffic accident at which I was at fault and had accepted the fact. My insurers appointed Lyons Davidson as my legal representation and my case was handled by Jess Murphy. From the outset I found her to be very polite, understanding and completely professional. She explained the situation and the relevant laws that affected my case in a way that was very easy for me to understand and answered my questions when required to my complete satisfaction. Overall, Jess took a very stressful and worrying time for myself, as I had never been to court or in trouble with the law before, and made it all that little bit easier and helped to calm my considerable worries. Although I pleaded and was found guilty by the court, I believe with Jess's and Lyons Davidsons help I received the best outcome that I could have possibly had.
