***DO NOT APPLY HERE!! WARNING****I was advised that I would be refunded the $345 admin if my app was denied. I applied for their Windsor Estates apartment 4/26/20. On 4/27/20 I was advised via email I was denied and a refund would be issued by corporate office. Called corporate office 4/28/20 to inquire on refund. Was advised that they show leasing agent entered request in the system, they issue out payments only on Fridays. She assure me payment would go out that Friday (5/1/20) and if I banked with a major bank I would see it in my account 24-72hrs since I used my debit card. It NEVERRRR CAME! On 5/2/20 I disputed it with my bank, bank reached out to them where someone advised them charge was valid and app states regardless or approval or denial app Windsor Estates advises they are entitled to the $345!!! WHAT?!! That s not what I was advised on multiple occasions. It is now 06/10/20 NEVER did I receive that refund, my bank won t honor the refund because of the above information regarding app Windsor Estates provided to my bank. I have since left messages on 06/04/20 and 06/08/20 and still have not heard back from anyone! This is so unethical and unprofessional business. Especially with families already struggling with the conditions of COVID and money being tight. Not to mention I still have to look for another place! But YOU still have $345 of my money. It isn t worth the hassle applying at any of their locations!! Honestly I just want what is mine, what I was told I would get back if denied, and I want someone to care about this as if it was their own money being held up. That s it that s all.
