Shangri-La provides quality services to each visitor. There are few suggestions and notes for reference.

(1) It would be nice if staff members could greet us in a slower pace when answering the phone, so that we could hear their names clearly.

(2) As the AE platinum card holder, I d appreciate if the sedan services could be changed into credits to redeem at the hotel, where most fine hotels and resorts of AE and Shangri-La Pudong Shanghai offer: not everyone needs sedan to the airport.

(3) the breakfast choices at Petrus, Cafe Too and room services are a great gesture to us. It delights our morning by having many options rather than queuing in buffet line.

(4) I appreciate the gesture of the staff members who sent me email after our visit. It reminds me lots of exchanges with them. This is impressive.
