I am disgusted with Google and its Gmail procedure...

I am disgusted with Google and its Gmail procedures. It takes forever to find a number for assistance. My cousins Gmail account was associated with every other account he had and his ex changed everything from his recovery email to his phone numbers to recover, then proceeded to change every other account password he had. So now he has access to nothing!! Called and they couldn't do a damn thing to unlock or reset a password!!! They can't explain what to do next, just "im sorry, there is nothing we can do!" that's it!! You should have more security questions when you set the damn account up, so when something like this happens, you can go back to when the damn account was set up and see a history to verify the person and be able to help them. Google Sucks!!
