0 stars! The worst customer service in the world. They look to pass the buck instead of resolving the problem. I bought a Google Pixel 2, big mistake. The software has a problem updating and my phone is now permanently stuck in the boot loader screen. They take case #'s but never do anything even after you email people back and the reports that they requested. I will make it my life mission to make sure that everyone I know never buys a google product because god forbid you need help you would never get it!
