Straub has been a positive influence on my daughter for 8 years. We are always so proud of the studio when we go to competitions because we know that their costumes and music will be appropriate. Straub offers all forms of dance and the entire experience complete with parent observation days, community performances such as the Westerville 4th of July and Christmas parade, performing at Polaris Mall, St. Paul's picnic, The Nutcracker, Harlem Globetrotters and the state fair. We have also enjoyed the opportunities to have group and individual portraits taken right there in the studio; the company they use is top notch and very professional with the girls. My daughter and I have a lot of great memories of attending her competitions with the studio where we get to know the other Straub families better and cheer the girls on. The experience has been invaluable in giving my daughter confidence, poise, and a sense of responsibility. Dance is not only great exercise, it teaches the girls teamwork and the importance of being on time, prepared and ready to do your best and then some. My daughter has enjoyed getting to know the Straub family and staff through being able to help with some light tasks in the office and assisting the teachers with some of the younger students in order to give them one on one attention, which she has particularly enjoyed because she loves children. It has just been a great overall experience that she will benefit from the rest of her life and will never forget.
