Terrible company to work with, customer service ho...

Terrible company to work with, customer service horrible. First had to contacts them several times due to missing main photos of our wedding. Staff continued to tell me they had them. Finally 2 weeks later they had the balls to tell me they made an error and they don't have our photos of first dance, photo with guest, cake cutting ect... I had to continue to call to get a solution on how they will solve it. They offered me a photo book of photos they couldn't give me. This company is a joke don't waste your time with this company, staff was rude each time I called putting the blame on someone else and customer service lady saying "my wedding was not perfect either". No bride wants to here this after they loose wedding photos.
