My family has used Lakeside in the past and been very happy with their work, so when my car was involved in a bad hit-and-run accident on the highway I had it towed here. Armen told me the car was totaled and explained to me in detail exactly why it wasn't worth fixing. After explaining to me what I could do with my totaled car moving forward, he recommended selling the car to a different junk yard than the one I had in mind because he thought they would give me more money for it, and he was right. He even arranged everything up for them to pick up the car. This is a small business and you can tell that they care about their customers, and dealing with the same person every time you contact them is so easy and so refreshing. So many chain/big businesses will make you talk to a bunch of different people, explain your situation over and over, etc. Not this place. They respect you and your time. Thanks again.
