Let me start off by saying that Jennifer in their Auto Service was just beyond great. She alone deserves 5+ stars.
I took my car in for a safety recall and after some parts broke, they needed to keep my car in the shop for the whole week. No big deal. They replaced those parts, still took care of the recall and didn't charge us anything. Jennifer even called to set up a rental and they paid the daily rate for the vehicle. This was my first time at a dealer auto shop and I was happy with how everything was going. I was ready to leave a 5 star review on day 1.
Unfortunately, when my husband and I picked up our vehicle, the windshield had a crack going across the whole thing that was not there when I dropped it off, check engine light was on and some minor cosmetic problems on the inside. We are both baffled by how this even happened at an auto shop and either a) no one noticed it happened or b) noticed and didn't care to tell us. On our way home, my husband mentioned the brakes felt odd as well.
Honestly, I'm sure we could have walked right back in and pointed out the windshield, but we were not ready to leave our car there again , especially after seeing the condition we picked it up in.

Leaving this review is hard as I was initially so pleased with how much they were helping out. Again, Jennifer made this whole experience hassle free, but whoever worked/handled our car did a poor job. We will be going back to our regular mechanic and paying to get this all fixed properly.
