Absolute worse possible service I ve ever seen. Driver was 20 minutes late for no reason. Was not told and forced to share with another person, the driver is rude, mostly staring at his phone and leaves the doors and windows open on a 90 degree day in July. The driver literally parked the ambulette next to a garbage dumpster for 20 minutes to drop off someone else. A 2 pm pickup means a 4 pm drop off when you live 20 minutes away. Don t waste your money and shame on Mt. Sinai-St. Luke s for using this service!
