I could not be more angry, if I could give them a zero star rating I would. My husband and I moved in to a brand new home barely a month ago and all of our cabinets are falling apart. I contacted our builders warranty office and was told Cabinet Connection would call me back in 2 business days it took them a week. They were incredibly rude to my husband over the phone, unwilling to work with our schedules in order for us to be home and available for them to correct their shifty craftsmanship. They told us they would call us back the next day and now it s been just shy of 3 business days since we ve heard from them. It s like they genuinely didn t care when they put their produce in to our home. I now have had 5 different cabinets fall apart in the 30 days we ve been in this house. I plan on going to the Licensing Board by Wednesday if my issues aren t resolved in a manner that is both professional and timely.
If this is the kind of subcontractor that Wilson does business with I am very disappointed. The Wilson Warranty department has been very kind and very helpful, but they can only do so much. I would HIGHLY recommend buyers ask the proper questions during your walk through and check every. Single. Cabinet in your home. If Cabinet Connection thinks they can keep pushing me off to the side to run my warranty out they are going to be sorely disappointed. My anger fuels my hate fire and trust me when I say that I am persistent, and I will happily spread my complaints across any social media platform I can get my hands on.
I look forward to a resolution, or to speaking with the licensing board this week.
EDIT AS OF 10/1/20:
The company never once called us back. I ended up calling the Wilson Warranty office and they were kind enough to work with me to send one of their staff out to correct the issue. Thank you Wilson Homes!
