Very upset with this hotel. I stayed there this weekend for 1 night and was barely in my room due to going to an event. I checked out and was informed that I would only be charged 14.99 for their service fee. I check my credit card today and not only am I charged the service fee but also 34.00 for mini bar items that were so called taken! No where on my check out did it state I would have been charged for those items and when I called to get it resolved I was informed that he was not able to do anything about the charges.I will never stay at this hotel again, sad to be in the Galleria area and give such poor service!
