Terrible!

Terrible!
I arrived in the room and inside the wardrobe there were live cockroaches, the bathtub leaked more than anything, the children's pool was dirty. In my room there was no cutlery and a plate I had to wait 2 hours to receive one. And many other things !!! Because if I were to write td here I would stay until the next day
I presume: I think the hotel is not in a condition to receive guests. It needs a renovation. Very disappointed.
