As well as Sam, the finance director, who really took his time and offered the best help in a very professional manner. Lastly, Santhiago, the delivery coordinator, had so much patience in spite of me and my wife being so clueless about the tech. As a customer of BMW, my family and I were truly impressed by the phenomenal service at this dealership. All in all, our experience at BMW Royal Oak was exceptional.
