In the process of getting counters in our new home...

In the process of getting counters in our new home from AJ. Every piece of stone is cut jagged - many with wrong dimensions. The installer put a 1" filler piece in one backsplash trying to hide a mistake. The field installer said their saw is faulty and the blade comes loose causing the jagged cuts. Mark in the office blames my wife and denies the saw issue. Save your money and go to Lowe's.
