I read owner's reply. Unfortunately, owner didnt get my point.

Our issue was although dance teacher agreed to let father drop off daughter into dance class. Father was forced to pay $25 at entrance. We were not aware of this policy when signing up membership. It was until after quite long time that this policy was disclosed online.

It really had nothing to do with grandparents as they were 80 years old, resting on front door guest sofa waiting for their grandchild to get out.

Unfortunately, customer service director misunderstood it and took the wrong assumption.

Anyone with proper communication and interpersonal skill will at least show empathy and respect to the seniors. However, unfortunately, what we got was snobbish, lack of respect and misunderstood.

Anyway, I will no longer enter Hac. And I do not recommend hac to any of my friends under this kind of management.

I found another health club nearby, very friendly and down to earth management.

I have to say, I do not care how fantastic hac seems outside, but I do care respect to minorities, to seniors from the bottom of heart. Well, it is priceless, luckily, I do not have to pay expensive membership to get this.

I'm glad there is other fitness centers nearby.
