Let me provide 2 opinions related to room experience.

1. There is smell inside the room, probably caused by air conditioning ducts , hopefully not because of furnishings inside the room. It is hard to describe the smell though, unfreshness, humidity, mouldy.....

2. The toilet is unserviceable ..... you might need to flush 5 times to totally clean the attaching stained. And when flushing, the splashing water erupted out and fall on the ground---which usually wasn't a clean water. And the thing is, if you fold down the cover, then you have to clean the seating cover totally from the beginning every time interned to use!

Finally, the employees all have good attitude, which is really nice, Room is clean.

Sincere apology for the delay in responding.
With regards to your feedback on our toilet flushing system and room s odour.
For your kind information, we have replaced the toilet flushing valve to a new valve and it is now working fine.
As for the room odour, we have checked and noticed that there was no smell in the room. At the same time, we did flushing of drainage in the room.
