I purchased my Koala sewing table here several years ago, and it was white glove delivered to my mountian home without any problems. They carried it up 2 flights of stairs, and then removed all of the trash and took it with them when they were done.
So, when it was time to have my Bernina 1230 serviced, I took it to them. Extremely happy with customer service calling to tell me I needed a part and providing costs for me to approve work, and even offered me the old part with I picked it up. Machine was ready, as promised. It sews like a dream. Highly recommend this store. Referred a neighbor to them to have her Singer Featherweight serviced, and she was also very happy with their service and costs. I highly recommend them.
