The shipping took too long, and the notifications ...

The shipping took too long, and the notifications I received were false. I needed to know that one day shipping was required to get the order placed on the 2nd to be delivered on 6th. I did two day shipping and it will arrive late on the 7th. However, I am impressed that the customer service upon hearing that false notifications were sent to me is not only refunding the issue but is also bringing up the false notification to someone higher in the company. I really hope they are able to change the notification to reflect the accurate shipping. I will say my first experience with customer service was bad as they tried to charge me more than the price indicated on adoramas page. I won't ever forget that.
