Booked direct on the phone as they promised a room...

Booked direct on the phone as they promised a room upgrade with breakfast to the room. Did not tell me about the tray charges until I got there so technically there was no promo offer. The pictures are not what you think they are. The rooms are very old, dated and the first room we got had a door missing in the wardrobe. Staff were very untrained and while waiting lots of complaining customers. Rubbish and would recommend holiday inn round the corner. You know what you are getting.
