Frustrated.

Frustrated.

I d ordered online and returned shoes to store as too big. Had to show email that stated shoes had been delivered, not ordered, not dispatched, but delivered. This is not stated on the website, the box arrived with a receipt, this is enough in other stores.

Found the email, but you CANNOT RETURN SHOES TO STORE IF YOU BUY WITH PAYPAL. This is not stated anywhere on the website. You have to post the shoes back via Royal Mail.
Utterly absurd.

So I trekked all the way to a store from the south coast to return shoes which weren t accepted because I paid by PayPal yet nowhere is it stated this can t be done.

Also, you can t try shoes on from the display? What the F is that all about? So I m supposed to wait God knows how long for a staff member to go and get however many pairs of shoes I m keen on in various sizes, as most shoes come up slightly differently, instead of taking a shoe from the display?

Well don t bother Nike, I ll shop elsewhere.
