I have had a loved one in this facility for over three years! There have been many bumps along the way, however, the entire staff and administration are continuously trying to improve upon things in an effort to enhance the quality of life and care for each and every resident!!
I am particularly impressed with the precaution they put into place during this God awful pandemic! The unit my sister is in is so carefully guarded, wich is why my sister is safe snd sound and not once was there a problem!! The staff is kind and caring and you can clearly see the personal touch on the residents!
I get phone calls and face time and constant correspondence from them regarding her care and status! When you are unable to visit, it certainly is comforting to know she is ok!
I can t think of anything more stressful than having the welfare of hundreds of residents in your hands! It takes compassion, sensitivity, knowledge and quite frankly, a huge set of balls to make decisions that might not be so popular,
But in the long run , it s the right thing to do!
I respect that!!! Meredith Ritchie and her entire staff including Sarah Mcgough, Firnan Dorvilus and her nurses and cna s, all of the therapists,
Dr.Tu, who is a physician in townhouse. You will never find a kinder, caring professional person on the planet! He has seen us thru many storms and always manages to be an emotional life jacket for me and my family!
Remember, no place is perfect no matter where you go. There will always be some issue you re not happy with, but when it comes to the truly important things, you can t beat these people!!
They truly deserved a concratulations because they are always working towards constant improvement ! Kudos to all of you snd thank you!!
