BEWARE!!!!!!! I would have given this vendor a big ZERO star if I could. I ordered a jacket online. Never received a shipping confirmation but my credit card was charged. I called and Diana Warner herself answered the phone. I told her my issue. She said someone else would get back to me. No one did. I had to call back twice to get someone to talk to me. The woman said there was a glitch in their computer system and the jacket was no longer available and that I would get a refund. Two weeks went by, no refund, no email, no phone call. I emailed them. No answer. I finally had to resort to opening a dispute through my credit card company to get the money back. It took about 2 months altogether to finally get the refund. No apologies email or phone call.

Some of the absolute sweetest people. They let us in after close to try on prom dresses and were so kind and helpful. Great clothes and some of the best dresses I ve ever seen. Will be visiting again if even just for the hospitality.

Great little shop. Relaxing atmosphere, and fashion that you don't find elsewhere in Knoxville. It's a great place to find things that no one else in town has.

Diana has been helping us with cabinets for a new home build in another state. The cabinets, tile, and all home interior ideas she and her team have provided fit our intended design aesthetic and budget perfectly! The team has gone way above and beyond in all aspects of this project- from sourcing to design to the 5 star customer service. Thank you so much!

I worked with Diana Warner in Knoxville. I bought a pair of earrings for my daughter's prom. When we got home, they were not a perfect fit for her prom dress. I took them back to the Knoxville store and they gave me a gift receipt. I worked with Paige at the Nashville store to pick the right fit for my daughter and her prom dress. Paige went out of her way to help me by sending different earrings on her brunette hair which is similar as my daughters. They did not have the earrings in the store. She made a point to have Diana custom make this pair of earrings. She mailed them to me in time for my daughter's prom. I would highly recommend the Nashville store!

BEWARE when ordering a formal dress... Diana personally took our order to purchase a dress stating we would have a slit placed in the front along with a bustle. We drove 2 hours out of the area to pick up the dress only to find the dress was not made to the standards for which we had ordered although it was noted on the initial order ticket. The response we received was that we can take it to have it altered to the person they recommend. Would not recommend this store very poor customer service.

I have shopped for my wife and daughters on several occasions at Diana s store. Every experience has been very pleasant and successful. The quality and variety of merchandise have never failed me. Thanks for helping me keep my girls happy and looking great! Highly recommend!

It was great! When I entered at first, I thought I'd only be trying on one dress. After a couple of minutes, however, I found myself trying on all kinds of dresses!
The clerk who was on shift, Ana, was very patient, and possessed a great knowledge of the dresses that I tried on. I would recommend this store for the unique dresses they offer, and the general patience of the employees.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! Prom was canceled for everyone this year due to the WORLD WIDE PANDEMIC and Diana Warner is not allowing any returns or refunds, and will not let you cancel your layaway payments!! She is completely inconsiderate and honestly I have heard very FEW GOOD THINGS about her and her store. At least now I know why her business has failed in so many other cities (it s the first thing you see when you search her name on yelp!!)

Was forced to work with Diana on a new construction project. Our customers chose to use her for cabinets and we in turn had to deal with all of the head aches. This was a disaster start to finish and and everything they screwed up was some how our fault. Beware!
