I stayed here last June and the hotel staff stole expensive makeup and jewelry out of my room. I didn't notice until I unpacked at home. When I called, the hotel was like eh, why didn't you tell us when you were here. Really? I didn't know until I unpacked! It was very upsetting and they could have cared less. On reading other reviews this hotel has a problem with THEFT!! If you stay here do not open for cleaning services. Not only that, the service in both restaurants was horrible. Slow as molassas. The same in our meeting room could not even get a tray of coffee and muffins going when we had it all reserved. It took 45min for them to set up our meeting breakfast. It's was ridiculous how bad the staff was my entire stay. Checking in the staff was not friendly or gracious. Won't be back there's got to be better options
