We reserved a handicap accessible room and when we showed up, we going the room so tight my wheelchair wouldn't even for inside. When we went back to the desk, the clerk refused to change our room because it was "handicap modified" meaning it had a grab bar in the tub. When we explained that i couldn't use the grab bar if I couldn't get inside the bathroom, she had no sympathy. She refused to refund the rate, first saying we had been inside over an hour (it was less than 10 minutes according to Google maps), and then saying that was still too long. We ended up having to initiate a fraud investigation with our credit card company.
