I was trying to book a room for my birthday. I have a promotional code for 2 free nights for the days I requested. I was informed that while they do have rooms available they will not honor my promotional code. Then to add insult to injury they attempted to make me pay for the room! They offered me a discount for a room that would normally be free. So instead of $30 for the resort fee, it would be $250!!!!! I'm not sure what happened to this once great company but their customer service has become absolutely horrible. Time to find a new casino!
