I was initially impressed by Jonah Kabazzi s enthusiasm, warm rapport and top-performing customer service skills when I took my beetle for service at the Alexandria Volkswagen dealership over 10 yrs ago. Jonah has outstanding level of service, professionalism and follow-through. He genuinely cares for his customers and ever so reliable. You can imagine my surprise and delight when I met up with him again at the Springfield Volkswagen dealership. I heartily endorse him and if you want your VW washed-up as a bonus when you take it for service, call him up!
