If you work with them and provide them what they need they help out greatly! My claim was approved in less then two weeks. I been around this industry for a while and let me tell you if you have insurance read what you sign before! Make sure everything is correct and are aware of what your signing if not then you can't blame them for rejecting your claim! Anyways, I loved working with them. My adjuster Ms. Carranza Told me extacly what I need from to obtain to expided the claim so I did and made this process go by much faster. I read horrible reviews so I was a little bit iffy but all I can say is people will write bad review of bad expiriences they come across and not the positive ones ( I work for a customer service dept for 15 years I know this)
