"$36.28 per night resort fee" for: all swimming pools to close every afternoon as early as 4pm posted, most pools never to open, no room service*, the gym to close at 7pm with not one barbell for as big as the hotel is, and restaurants expect 50% more than other places walking distance away. *$10 credit was offered at check in for declining room service. Upon checkout of 6 night stay, only $10 total credit for one night was given, with the verbal excuse, "it's a one time credit". It seems wasteful and dishonest for the couple thousand that stayed here with me for a conference at this hotel during the day to pay an extra "$36.28 per night" for so much unavailability every night. I also find resort fees in general misleading as it's slapped on the advertised price used to compare with other hotels. All this indicates the priorities of the hotel.
