Just when you thought the service couldn t get any worse they up their game and trashed it out even more. They don t follow up on their prescription items like they say they will. The service Department for assessable items in the past has always been accommodating however, now they just don t want to accommodate the customer. Where I can t change their anticustomer business policy, I can stop giving them my business. The customers deserve better treatment.

their equipment rental department is the worst I have ever had to deal with. they can never get anything done in the time frame you need it in. then they get an attitude of you don't pay cash and rent it from them. if I could afford to rent it and pay cash I wouldn't have waated the time to file insurance. I won't never use them again for anything.

Gotta wait for your prescription? No problem you got your choice of cappuccinos or some Pepsi products all for free while you wait. My suggestion is a combination of half cup of their white chocolate carmel cappuccino topped off with their hot cocoa.

Olympic Pharmacy employees do not seem to think the mask mandate applies to them. I walked in and the employees weren t wearing their masks. They put them on when they saw me walk in but do they not realize that the virus can remain airborne for three hours? Also, the pharmacists who were preparing prescriptions weren t wearing their masks at all.

Extremely RUDE
I have been going here for years and have almost always had a good experience. Staff have been helpful and courteous and I have never been compelled to write a review... until today.

Today I went through the drive through to pick up my prescription. When I pulled up there was only one car in the three available lanes and when I pulled in I was helped almost right away, the person assisting me was a heavier set woman with dark wavy hair and appeared to be in her early thirties. It was hard to tell because the TV monitor in my lane was broken and I was depending on my view from the station to the building. My only reason for attempting to describe this individual is in the hopes a member of the management team happens across this wordy review and finds a way to help this young lady, possibly in the form of finishing school, or anger management classes in an attempt to assist her in directing her hostility toward the customers of this establishment, as I believe customers in need of their blood pressure, anxiety or mental health medications may be in danger if they happen to fall victim to this staff member's ire or even her somewhat nuanced, and might I add apparently well practiced hostile answers to customer questions.
I gave my requisite information to my soon to be emotional abuser so I could get my prescription refilled. She quickly came back and muttered something through the broken monitor and I politely asked her to repeat the information as I was not sure if she had asked me a question. She repeated the name of my persriciption and I told her that was indeed what I had come to the pharmacy to gather. Unbeknownst to me I had committed the most egregious act of customer to cashier heresy that I would now be punished with the most powerful type of tongue lashing a customer can receive. Even with the broken monitors, I could still feel the heat from the scorching hot eye daggers being shot directly at me.
She then sent me the receipt through the pneumatic tubes which I signed and returned. This part of the exchange felt normal so I questioned whether or not I was making this into a bigger deal than it was or maybe I was being overly sensitive, so I decided to just let it go. I know now that I should always trust my gut, if I would have been proactive and not dared to ask another question, I could have avoided the pinnacle of hostility toward a customer, and act so thinly veiled as "customer service" a psychology student could easily write a thesis on the seething anger on display.
She came on the screen once again to tell me my prescription was in the bag and sent the container back. I then asked her the most silly thing ever asked by a customer, I asked how many refills I had left. And before you tell me that is indeed a stupid question, I understand that it's written on the side of the prescription bottle, but I did not have the old bottle with me and I wanted to have the pharmacy contact my doctor for another refill if I had just filled my last refill, a service which the pharmacy provides. This question evoked a wrath, the kind of which I was not prepared to deal with in this setting. She removed the bottle from the bag, I was unaware she could not see this information on the screen in front of her, and yelled, and I mean yelled, "YOU HAVE FOUR REFILLS LEFT", and quickly switched clicked the monitor off then made some sort of gesture with her left hand. With the way she yelled I have zero doubt she didn't waive her middle finger or called me an idiot.
I would like to reiterate that I have had some great experiences with this company, the staff have been super helpful in the past. I will say that I have had encounters with a few curt staff in the past, but nothing like the angry, very bad, no good experience I had today. I honestly think this should be addressed with this staff member before she inevitably causes this company to lose business.

Olympic has been my pharmacy for many years. They are all so pleasant and will work quickly to get you answers or work out any problems on your prescriptions. I value their service very much!

If you don't want to be treated like a price tag. I highly recommend this company. It is clear when dealing with the employees here they are non commission. Meaning you get treated like a human.

Total rip-off. Went to buy or rent a knee scooter because my wife broke a bone in her foot. They wanted $105 to rent a scooter for a month or $500 to buy one. They cost $125 to buy a scooter on Amazon. I told them that and they claimed it was because of how insurance companies work. What a lie. Avoid at all costs.

Went in to ask for phone book to get a jump for my dead car. Within 5 minutes, they had someone from the shop come out with a battery and jumper cables to help. They had nothing gain except goodwill, but everyone went out their way to see if they could get me the help I needed. (Note: I've also had the same great service with my C-Pap machine equipment)

A very friendly, helpful and professional Pharmacy staff. The store has all kinds of things I do not find in other pharmacies. For instance they carry some Thorne vitamins, and have everything imaginable to help people with mobility problems, and they do compounding. I have been going here for years, and would not want to change.

WE get both monthly shipments of medical supplies and durable medical equipment from Olympic Pharmacy, and have for about 9 years now. The service is consistently excellent, the staff are friendly, polite, and helpful, and have repeatedly gone above and beyond to make sure that my son has the equipment and supplies he needs. Shipping of monthly supply lists is consistently excellent. Errors in product or count (which were monthly issues at our previous supplier) are virtually non-existent in our experience with Olympic. Special shouts out to Joe, Duncan, and Tony who have become important people in our lives -- we rely on them for great service.

I've never been into this pharmacy, but I do order my daughter's "scrip" over the phone with them. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They ship her medical supplies super fast. I usually get them within 2 days max, usually it's the next day. Anytime I have to change something about her order, they are flexible and accommodating. I wish I lived closer because they would be my go-to pharmacy for all of my family's medical supply needs .

Great staff in the custom rehabilitation equipment department. They never make us feel rushed, as we tend to meander through the used equipment area.
If there s a question they can t answer then they promptly find the answer or someone who does.

Only issue with Olympic Pharmacy is the parking lot which I know is out of their control, and that is that there are people driving way too fast in front of the entrance. Also be ready to park further out in the parking lot if your vehicle needs room to deploy your wheelchair ramp, as the handicap accessible parking is usually full.

So for the sake of your attending members who maybe harder to see due to size, slower paced, or easily confused, please keep them close to keep them safe.

Hope this review helps you plan your visit to Olympic Pharmacy, have a great day.

Pharmacy has no idea what they are doing. Not the first time we have had issues. This time I am 1.25 hrs into my 10 minute wait for a prescription fill.
Save your self frustration and time. Fill your prescriptions anywhere else.

I have been trying to get to their pharmacy and their phone system is not working - it says press 1 and then after I press 1 keeps repeating the same message - to press 1. Very frustrating - i have tried numerous times. Finally I pressed other numbers - but was never able to talk with anyone.

Much more than just a pharmacy. The selection of medical equipment (walkers, lifts, wheelchairs, etc) is hard to beat. We got a great deal on a Hoyer lift and I'd recommend checking here before buying elsewhere.
