Hickinbotham has been the most difficult company to deal with , misleading to the heights and dodgy to the core when it comes to selling stuff.

They will put in contract anything they like , with no explanation or description of the item
At point of sale , I was nodded Yes - and offered the items which were never included on the contract
These items have a generic names which is not described on contract , though they will find a way to debate with you - to have installed the items as per the signed contract .
The designing team , will do half your house fitted with mixer taps and half with non- mixer taps while point of sale contacts are not available/left the organisation to comment on the issue.
The employees who dealt with me at Pre construction stages and promised the stars to me left the organisation and there is no replacement employee for responding to my queries on emails or giving me clarification later whatsoever.
The planning team doesn't take developer approvals for encumbrances in place and submit the plans to council for approvals and later developers come with objections- resulted in the delayed project by 4 months
There is no complaint or grievances team in their company , while receptionist at the from counter will keep coordinating to the person who are responsible to keep customers happy and in check , with further delays without any outcomes .
This was one hell of a nightmare to deal with Hickinbotham aka Construction Services Australia for last nearly 13 months , thanks to delays
And my house still waiting to be completed!
