Don't make a mistake by using them. They have been dealing with my claim for 2 years and still no results. They are so unprofessional and change staff every few weeks. If you are recommended by your insurance company to use them, you must put the offer down and use your own solicitor as these guys don't know what they are doing. My claim ref is: 14146264.
