Absolutely appalling service from marks electrical...

Absolutely appalling service from marks electricals. The customer service staff are very rude, argumentative and they are not helpfully at all.
I ordered a brand new cooker from them which is damaged. It has a big dent in the back of it and the lid is broken. Not only have they accused me of doing this they have also accused a private very qualified cooker fitter of doing the damage also. This dent which must of caused the lid to brake was obviously done during time in the warehouse or during transit which I did tell the lady on the phone this is obviously nobody's fault but she continued to accuse us of doing the damage instead of just apologising and trying to rectify the problem...
If you are thinking of buying a BRAND NEW COOKER the please don't waste your money or time buying from this very rude company. It's better to pay a little extra than be treated like a criminal.
This shouldn't even be this complicated or upsetting.
