If you like people actually answering when you call customer service, you do not want to bank here. If you like GOOD customer service, you do not want to bank here. I spent all morning calling them. They have a weird phone system, that re-routes to the operator after a certain time instead of placing you on a queue. This is frustrating because it means you re being sent to the back of the line each time instead of just waiting your turn. When you finally get a hold of someone, they more than likely will be the wrong person and will send you back to the queue. I asked to speak to the supervisor due to the agent interrupting me every 5 minutes and you guess it, I ended up talking to the receptionist desk again. I had to take off from work and go to the actual office. They re not customer friendly. Save yourself the headache and go to RBFCU. I ve never had to wait longer than 2 minutes with them and they ve been great at explaining everything and making sure I understood correctly.
