I recently purchased a certified 2018 BMW X2 from Tulley BMW in Nashua, and I want to extend my sincere thanks to Jim Beal, my BMW salesman, and the BMW sales managers, Val Goldenberg, Bob Marcoux, and Tomas Revetria. Throughout the sales process, Jim and the sales mangers did an extraordinary job of addressing my needs and issues which changed dramatically over the course of the sale. To say that I presented Jim and his managers, with some pretty unique challenges would be a dramatic understatement. TheTulley sales and service team have repeatedly demonstrated that customer satisfaction is more than cliche. Thank you all again for what I know was a very challenging sale. The X2 wasn't my 1st Tulley BMW purchase, and it certainly won't be my last. Thank you all once again for your professionalism and superior customer service.
