Evergreen favorite (no pun intended). We happened to visit on a day with excellent weather. My trip to the pedestal was fascinating. It wasn t clear that there were two queues one for the elevator and the other (shorter) for the stairs. I wish I had the time to go up to the crown. I was impressed to see the Eiffel Tower style scaffolding inside the statue. Truly a landmark to visit time and time again.
