Wife and I came here on vacation for 4 nights. Overall it's a very clean resort and nice property. Private beach is great. We love that it's pet friendly and kid friendly. Bring the babies and fur babies and everyone gets along. That's about where it ends. The elevators are only in one spot from the underground parking garage and our room was well clear on the other side of the hotel. So unless you like dragging your bags, coolers and beach chairs for a quarter mile down a long hallway, something to keep in mind. There is one elevator on the other side which is convenient for use but only to the pool and fitness center. It doesn't make it down to the garage. Next comes the hours of operation. The pool closed very early after 7pm. Everything else stopped at 10pm. No bar, no restaurant not even room service past 10pm!!!!! I am talking during post covid life but that is a sad excuse for not having room service. Please eat or grab something before showing up if you're checking in after dark. Then we get to the beach. This resort charges a resort fee which normally includes the fee for lounge chairs and towels and the rest. However we came to find out that we have to pay for the beach chairs additionally....that's right, the chairs are not owned by the hotel but done through another contractor. Get ready to pay twice for super old beach chairs that do not even lay out flat. We are very disappointed with the overall situation at this resort.
