Cancelled my membership over the phone. I knew the phone conversation seemed too easy. I stopped receiving monthly bills, but tah dah! I got a charge for the full year on my bank statement! And guess what? You can t get an account representative on the phone. They force you to use a National Support Center via chat, where no ever responds. Suffice to say, I am going to challenge this charge with my bank.
