There is no surprise to this horrible rating. The apartment complex that we live in changed companies to this company. It s the weekend and there is no hot water in our unit. I called the after hours number to request service and it s disconnected. Thank you for calling, goodbye. I sure hope and pray my a/c doesn t stop working because who am I going to call!?
There has been a lot of residents moving out since this company became the new management.
My advice is please if you can don t do business with this company and find another safer option for your family.
