I have lived in Palmdale for 3 years and i have been to this Hospitals E.R twice by ambulance and waited for hours without anybody assisting me. Both times i left and my Family drove me down to Valencia where i got care right away at Faceys and the other time right away at Henry Mayo. I know now to just drive down to Valencia because i can be seen and be home faster than i can at Palmdale Regional. Last time i went to Henry Mayo they said i could have died good thing i didnt wait!!
