Everyone I interacted with was exceptionally pleasant. Three members of the staff however, stood out from the rest, which in turned...inspired me to create this review.

Service advisor:

Duy Nguyen, was straight to the point while explaining to me what was recommended (per Toyota) for my vehicle. He was not at all pushy or made me feel rushed.

Porter:

Chris, greeted me and was ready to take charge of my vehicle. Very impressed.

Receptionist / accounts payable

Keira, was friendly even before a sale was made, not knowing for what reason i was there. Pleasant from beginning to end.

My overall experience was FANTASTIC, and the wait time went by extremely fast. I ll be making this trip every time my vehicle is in need of service.
