My track pad wasn't working. The company who usually serviced my Mac had gone out of business and I was looking for a local company who could help. I was referred to PlanetCom from a friend who had used them in the past with great results. Even though my problem wasn't very big, Jezrael, the IT technician, took the time to find out what was wrong and fixed it. I even got it back to me within an hour! Thank you Jezrael for your kind, courteous attention. Even though though my problem was an easy fix I was treated like an important customer.
